Dentil Molding Lamont

The Dentil Molding Lamont Project, 60439, was completed for Mr. Signore. Mr. Signore was driving through the Beverly neighborhood and saw the job we were doing at the Killeen job. He explained that he had a wood dentil molding that was rotting away. He asked us if we would come out to his come in Lamont and give us a quote. When we arrived at the home Mr. Signore showed me the rotting and damaged dentil molding. He expressed his desire to see it replaced. Most home improvement companies that had come out, wanted to tear the wooden dentil molding down and put regular siding up with no molding. He also directed our attention to some vertical siding that was rotting. Woodpeckers were knocking on the wood and creating a variety of other creative holes.

We began by measuring the entire house. We walked around the house to acquire the square footage needed to complete the ordering process. After measuring the house we then consulted the homeowner with ideas and colors. I suggested that we remove all the wood dentil molding, upper and lower floors, including the four car garage. Deciding to contract with Uhlmann Home Improvement.
