Dentil Molding Killen Project, 60655, took place in 1993. Effie Killeen, from O’SHAUGHNESSY Real Estate, contacted Uhlmann Home Improvement to discuss a variety of home improvement options to enhance the overall reselling value of her home. Living in the Beverly area Effie wanted something striking and different that would attract future buyers if and when she decided to sell her home. We showed her a dentil molding that would offer unique accent around the gutters and bay window. Effie really liked the idea. She and her husband decided to work with Uhlmann Home Improvement to complete the home improvement project. Immediately after we completed the dentil molding Killeen project, another associate at O’SHAUGHNESSY Real Estate Maria contacted us to do the same thing on her home in the Beveraly area.
