Entry Doors Mt Greenwood Langer

The entry doors Mt Greenwood Langer project, 60655, began when Mr. Langer contacted Uhlmann Home Improvement in August of 2004.  The Langer family had several estimates from other companies.  After explaing our products and history of Uhlmann Home Improvement, Mr. Langer decided to employ Uhlmann Home Improvement.  In 2004, Mr. and Mrs. Langer agreeded to have Uhlmann Home Improvement install 8 Sugar Creek (now known as ProVia) white vinyl replacement windows with low-e, argon gas, with super spacers.  Uhlmann Home Improvement covered the outside exterior wood of the windows with a black aluminum coil trim.  In addition, the Langer’s had two french windows that opened from inside and wanted to save them.  Due to these french windows old and drafty feel, we suggested installing two triple track windows with full screens.  ProVia provided a lovely storm window product with low-e glass that allowed us to effectively protect the french windows.  We then proceeded to cover the outside window trim with a black aluminum coil to match the outside exterior wood as we did with the vinyl replacement windows.  This project was completed on October 26th 2004.

In the late fall of 2007 the Langer family contacted Uhlmann Home Improvement again.  We installed five glass block windows.  The projected was completed on June 4th 2008.

Around January 2010 the Langer family again contacted Uhlmann Home Improvement to discuss replacing their entry door.  We provided the Langer family with one Castlegate Steel Entry Door #EDR76 with Peninsula Glass.  This door had a beautiful sherry wood grain interior and matching wood casing, accentuated by an exterior Hamilton blue finish. Uhlmann Home Improvement then capped the jam and the brick molding in black.  We then installed a black ProVia 099 Duraguard storm and screen door 099 with brass hardware (unbreakable screening materials with heavy gauge).  This project was competed on February 19th 2010.
